We begin by asking two simple questions.
Number One: Where is you’re tongue positioned when you train?
Number Two: Where is you’re attention when you train?
If you’re tongue is not pressed against the roof of you’re mouth and you’re attention is not in you’re inner eye, then you are beginning your training wrong.
Place the tongue on the upper palate, behind the front teeth. This provides for optimal energy flow through what is called the microcosmic orbit.
